Brilliant service! Nicola fit me in for an appointment the day after I called up, which I was grateful for as I was struggling to get appointments elsewhere and my hearing was really suffering. She was very attentive to any pain or discomfort I felt during the microsuction and switched to irrigation where necessary to clear out the stubborn wax. Reassured me when I was nervous. Hearing became clear as day and didn’t have to attend any follow up after! Thank you Nicola!

It was quick and painless to have the wax removed from both my ears. Nicola was very professional, friendly and gentle. A first class service. I would definitely recommend her.

I had mine done a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Nicola saw me quickly and even after 1 ear became challenging, she squeezed me in an hour later to cause no delay to another patient and, ensure both ears would be clean - great service and would highly recommend!

Nicola was great. Very friendly and very professional. Put me at ease and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedures. I had both ears done, the price is good and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend using her for your ear wax removal.

Nicola is very experienced and professional. I contacted her after getting water in my ears on holiday which effected my hearing, she was very quick to respond and get me in for an appointment. I only had one session but it completely fixed my problem thank you!

I had been before but not with Nicola, she was friendly, informative and explained what she was doing plus why, happy to answer any queries,l. Value for money 🙌🏻 were quoted £55.00 each, Partner needed no treatment, I had one very blocked ear, she changed £47.00. Plus parking on the premises. Thanks Nicola
